Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a new and innovative form of therapy, which combines aspects of traditional psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, neuro-linguistic programming and deep relaxation methods. It is unique in how it does this and in how it incorporates additional techniques that are specific to RTT. It can provide significant change within just 1-3 sessions and can help with a wide range of issues. These include, but are not limited to, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, anger, imposter syndrome, grief, PTSD, motivation, fears and phobias, relationship issues, addictions, weight control, pain relief and insomnia.

Jo is dedicated to helping her clients discover what’s holding them back, and enabling them to lead more-fulfilled and balanced lives.
